During a critical photo shoot, a Guide Dog-in-Training Unintentionally Falls
Asleep Guide Dog Foundation & will eventually take on a very significant job.
He will either be trained to assist a person who is blind or visually impaired by becoming a guide dog, or he will become a service dog for a war veteran or a first responder who is in need.
Benny is up for the challenge, despite the fact that both of these responsibilities are highly significant.
Benny's pals at the Guide Dog Foundation took him to perform his initiation picture shoot when he was 6 weeks old.
This is something that they do for all of the puppies that are born at their facility & is considered a tradition.
They were really delighted to snap gorgeous pictures of little Benny, & of course he was just as excited to pose for the camera as they were.
Benny was in desperate need of a nap, but unfortunately the photo session took place precisely around the time that it was scheduled to take place.
Benny made an effort to maintain his grip while the photo shoot got underway, but it was to no use.
It was impossible to prevent him from falling asleep because he was already on his way there. Rebecca Eden, the internet marketing coordinator at the Guide Dog Foundation, told The Dodo that during the shoot, Benny appeared sleepier.
We could see him starting to doze off, so we quickly began filming just in time to watch him slowly tip over. "During the shoot, Benny looked sleepier than ever," she said.
